This month, the technical department announced a major upgrade to the existing energy-saving aging oven. The new generation system introduces multi-point synchronous temperature control technology and a new flow guide structure, maintaining the temperature difference within the effective working area of the furnace within $\pm 3^{\circ}C$. This significantly guarantees the hardness consistency of aluminum profiles during the artificial aging process, which is vital for producing high-performance industrial aluminum (such as NEV battery trays and rail transit components). Currently, this technology has applied for several national patents.
